- How to better manage stress and emotions and develop self-protection techniques for PhD students and post-doctoral fellows
- Introduction to Emotional 1st Aid : How to behave and cope in helping survivors of a critical incident
Goals of the Workshop
- Reinforce the competencies of the trainees to develop and use stress management tools, for themselves and their colleagues
- Share the good practices already in use and train them
- Know the basics of Emotional 1st Aid after a crisis
- Train Emotional 1st Aid

- Practical advice
